Harbor Beach sits between the ocean on the east and the Intracoastal on the west, so salt air reaches every house and exterior metal takes the hardest wear. Caps, chase covers and dryer vent hoods are usually where the repair or replace call starts, and the grade of metal you choose matters as much as the fix itself.
